Stephen Wolfe, Jr. - Leadership Team
'...unconditional love is not a one way street... unconditional love is given to us to do something with.' Phen has committed his life to serving others and making a difference. Phen's passionate vision into animal welfare began with a cat named 'P' (ask him about his tattoo dedicated to that illustrious cat), and continues with a tripod-cat named Que; a mauled-bait-dog, Benson; an auction-won puppy, Alou; his dream-dog - an Aussie cattle dog - Azul; and too-many (but-always-room-for-one) more! Phen's education and experience with animals is vast; not only in veterinary hospital skills, but also, extensively in animal rescue work, from puppy-mill and dog-fighting-ring raids to animal cruelty cases and rehabilitation. Phen, formerly, served as Vice-President of a local Animal Rescue and on the Board of Directors for Johnston County Youth Services; in addition to serving as a County and District Leader for the Humane Society of the United States and the North Carolina Voters for Animal Welfare. Phen is a published author and speaks regularly on the topics of animal welfare, mental health, and the love of God.

Jen currently lives in Willow Springs with her husband, Brandon, and their four rescued fur-children: Archer, Kamryn, Coraline, and Addison.

Bridget Boyle - Client Care Ambassador
Having a dad that was a medic in the United States Navy and a mom who achieved her degree in the medical field at the age of 50, entering the medical field was a fluid path for Bridget to stomp her paws in! Bridget moved to Raleigh in 2010 with only what fit in her car, including her beloved cat, Kaylee. The move has presented its share of challenges; however, Bridget has persevered with a contagious laugh and smile throughout. In Bridget's spare time, Bridget can be found surrounded by her faithful best friend, Doji, the German Shepherd and her adorably-animated tabby, Guhbee, doing anything crafty!

Peggy Nichols - Veterinary Nurse
Peggy moved here from California, where she began her journey into animal medicine. While attending art school, Peggy decided to take a position at a specialty pet-food store and soon found her love of being surrounded by animals. Helping animals soon surpassed any passion Peggy had previously pursued in her life. Peggy soon began climbing the veterinay ladder from kennel to reception to veterinary nurse. Peggy has two fur-children: Walt, the fluffy and goofy Great Pyrenees and Boone, the sweetest Australian Shepherd you'll ever meet. In Peggy's spare time, you can find Peggy riding motorcycles, painting commissioned pet portraits, or eating chicken wings!
