Therapeutic Laser Treatments

A therapeutic laser uses light to stimulate cells and increase blood circulation. At the correct laser wavelength, pain signals are reduced and nerve sensitivity decreases. This releases endorphins which are natural painkillers. Short sessions, usually in 2, 5, or 10 minute intervals, are designed around your pet’s needs. Laser therapy is a great additive to help your pet heal faster and feel better!

We use the laser because it is drug-free, non-invasive, has no side effects, speeds healing and pain relief, controls inflammation and is safe and effective. Depending on your pet’s condition, faster results can occur

with daily treatments. We know you have very busy lives and bringing your pet in often, is a struggle. Because of that, we have chosen a specific technology that is safe enough to do by you, in your home and is the first therapeutic laser that is FDA approved. After an initial session in our hospital to formulate a treatment plan, you can rent a laser unit to continue once or even twice daily laser therapy treatments in the comfort of your own home. Our in hospital machine has additional features and is strongly recommended for certain conditions.
